Position: DSM – Distributor Sales Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar
Payroll: Distributor Payroll

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and develop distributor sales in the assigned area.
Visit retailers and ensure product availability and visibility.
Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Monitor market activities and competitor performance.
Ensure timely order collection and follow-ups.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in FMCG Trade.
Biscuit trade experience will be given first priority.

Salary:

💰 ₹15,000 + TA/DA
