Job Description

Job Summary:
Curewell is looking for an experienced and responsible Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of the center, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve business and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the center.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the team.
Ensure smooth customer/patient handling and service delivery.
Drive sales, revenue, and center performance targets.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Coordinate with HR, sales, accounts, and management teams.
Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports.
Ensure proper compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory, facilities, and overall center maintenance.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business growth.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification is an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in center management, operations, sales, or healthcare services.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
Target-oriented, organized, and customer-focused approach.
