Job Description – Tele Sales & Marketing Executive (Tally Solutions) (Female Candidates preferred)

Position - Tele Sales & Marketing Executive

Location - Bhubaneswar, Odisha

About the Role: We are looking for female enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales & Marketing Executive to connect with prospective customers over phone, generate quality leads, schedule product demonstrations, and support the sales team in expanding our customer base for TallyPrime and related business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from different databases
Introduce TallyPrime and related business solutions to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in CRM/Excel.
Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities over phone.
Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure timely closure of opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
Pleasant telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Ability to learn business software and accounting concepts.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.
