About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Executive to join our Flipkart team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers across the city.

Key Responsibilities

Picking up and loading packages from the Flipkart fulfillment center

Navigating through the city to deliver packages to customers' doorsteps

Ensuring the safe and secure delivery of all packages

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collecting payments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid driver's license and experience in driving two-wheelers

Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily delivery targets

Basic literacy and numeracy skills to maintain delivery records
