KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Deliver an excellent customer experience
Adhere to company policies and quality standards

9-HOUR SHIFT
between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
