About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory operations, ensuring efficient stock management and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock

• Analyze sales data and inventory trends to forecast future demand and optimize stock levels

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and procedures

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to identify and address discrepancies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes

• Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and recommendations

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience (Freshers can apply) in inventory management or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry

• Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices
