Job Description
Job Title: Logistics Counter Executive – OSRTC Cargo Project
Location: Bhubaneswar , Balasore, Rourkela
Salary: 10000 – 14000 per month (TA & DA if travelling)
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle parcel and cargo booking at the counter.
Assist customers with booking, delivery, and shipment inquiries.
Maintain booking records, receipts, and daily reports.
Coordinate with loading/unloading staff and bus crew.
Ensure proper parcel tagging, documentation, and dispatch.
Track booked consignments and resolve customer queries.
Support cash handling and daily account reconciliation.
Maintain andand discipline at the cargo counter.:
Minimum 10+2/Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 2 years of experience in logistics, courier, parcel, transport, or customer service.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry).
Good conversation and customer handling skills.
Ability to manage counter operations independently on OSRTC bus stands
