Job Description

We want an experienced Field Sales Executive with at least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or organic-based goods. You will grow our retail network, boost product placement, and meet sales targets in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Expansion: Visit new retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors to pitch and list our products.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong ties with existing store owners to ensure repeat orders and good shelf placement.
Order Execution: Take daily orders, track timely product deliveries, and manage basic billing or payment collections.
Market Monitoring: Watch competitor activities, pricing changes, and new product trends in the local market.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the company.
Promotional Activities: Support in-store promotions, sampling events, and trade marketing tasks.
