Production Engineer (Solar) – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily solar module production activities.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are achieved.
Supervise production processes, manpower, and equipment.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or related field.
0–3 years of experience in solar/module manufacturing preferred.
Good knowledge of production processes and basic engineering concepts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
