We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Agent Acquisition Tele caller to connect with real estate brokers, property dealers, channel partners, and independent agents across India and Dubai. The primary responsibility will be to identify potential agents, explain our platform and partnership opportunities, and onboard them to My Asset Point.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants.
Introduce My Asset Point and explain its agent networking and property listing benefits.
Generate interest and convert prospective agents into registered partners.
Collect and verify basic agent/company details and required documents.
Follow up with interested agents until successful onboarding.
Coordinate with the Agent Onboarding/Verification Team for activation.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Meet daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and agent-onboarding targets.
Build and maintain a strong database of real estate agents and brokers.
Handle basic queries professionally and escalate complex queries to the concerned department.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective agents.
Preferred Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking over the phone.
Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate professionally.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
Hindi/English communication skills; regional languages are an advantage.

Identify → Contact → Explain → Follow Up → Verify → Onboard → Activate Real Estate Agents
