About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Early Foods. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our products and services
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using sales CRM tools and data analysis
Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges
Passion for the FMCG industry and a drive to succeed

Nice to Have

Experience in the food and beverage industry
Familiarity with PF and ESI regulations
Strong network within the FMCG industry
