About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Counter Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing various financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle cash and non-cash transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with utmost accuracy.
Reconcile daily cash and transaction records, maintaining meticulous documentation.
Assist customers with their banking needs, answering queries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Participate in regular audits and provide support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Proficient in basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
Familiarity with banking systems and procedures is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.

Nice to Have

Previous experience as a Counter Executive or in a similar role.
Knowledge of banking compliance regulations and guidelines.
Proficiency in using financial software and banking applications.
