About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Officer to join our team in Kabisurya Nagar, Purusotampur, Hinjilicut, and Patrapur. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through excellent customer service
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns
Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the relevant industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the FMCG or retail industry
Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Kabisurya Nagar, Purusotampur, Hinjilicut, and Patrapur
Proficiency in local languages (Odia, Bengali)
