Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students.
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Environmental Studies.
Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and learning materials.
Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment.
Encourage students’ creativity, confidence, social skills, and independent learning.
Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ development.
Participate in school events, meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
Follow school policies, curriculum requirements, and child-safeguarding procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
Good communication and classroom-management skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with children.
Fluency in English & should be able to communicate in Hindi as well.
