6.     Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology / English / Computer Science / Geography to joinourteam. TheSME will beresponsible fordeveloping,reviewing,andenhancingeducationalcontentrelatedto the above Subjects for

       educationallevelsstating fromClass6 –12,along withcapabilitiestoteachandsolveMCQof JEE and NEET Exams. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding ofthe subject and a passion for teaching and curriculum development.

7.     Key Responsibilities:

v  Content Development: Create, review, and update Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology / English / Computer Science / Geography educational materials, including textbooks, online courses, and other instructional resources.

v  Curriculum Design: Work closely with the curriculum development team to design comprehensive and effective Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology / English / Computer Science / Geography curricula that align with educational standards and objectives.

v  Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of all Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology / English / Computer Science / Geography -related content. Review materials for scientific correctness and pedagogical soundness.

v  Research & Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in respective subjects and incorporate new knowledge into educational content.

v  Student Support: Provide expert guidance and support to students through various channels, including online forums, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.

v  Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor junior content developers, teachers, in related subjects.

v  Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, editors, and multimedia specialists, to develop engaging and effective educational resources.

v  Assessment Creation: Develop assessments, quizzes, and practice problems that effectively evaluate students' understanding of Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology / English / Computer Science / Geography concepts.

v  Content Customization: Tailor content to meet the specific needs of different student groups, including those preparing for board exams, competitive exams, and other specialized assessments.

7. Skills:

v  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

v  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

v  Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse student audiences.

v  Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms.

8. Qualification Required:

v  Education: Master's in Respective Subjects.

v  Experience: 0- 3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or educational content creation in Physics / Chemistry / Maths / Biology / English / Computer Science / Geography

v  Expertise: Strong knowledge of  the concepts, theories, and applications. Familiarity with educational standards and exam syllabi (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Boards).

v  Experience with competitive exam preparation (e.g., JEE, NEET).

v  Familiarity with various pedagogical approaches and instructional design principles.

v  Experience in developing content for digital platforms or e-learning environments will be an added advantage.
