About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at Arya Mototech Pvt Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and interact with customers, understanding their service needs and requirements
Coordinate with the service team to schedule and manage customer appointments
Provide accurate and timely updates to customers on the status of their vehicle's service or repair
Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and concerns
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI diploma or 12th pass education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
