Relationship Manager – Job Description
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products/services.
Generate new leads and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely conversion.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in sales/customer relationship management preferred.
