About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of our tractor showroom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of the service technician team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Develop and implement service processes and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability to support service operations.
Liaise with customers, understand their concerns, and provide effective solutions.
Prepare and analyze service reports, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Provide training and development opportunities for the service team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Supervisor or equivalent role in the tractor/agricultural equipment industry
Thorough understanding of tractor mechanics and maintenance procedures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using service management software and tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
