About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-House Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at TVS Showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized recommendations
Demonstrate the features and benefits of TVS products to customers
Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
Maintain a thorough knowledge of TVS product offerings, pricing, and promotions
Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques
Provide excellent post-sales support and customer follow-up
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the showroom

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain technical features in a simple and compelling manner
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries and concerns
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
