About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Arya Mototech Pvt Ltd. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the activities of the production team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Monitor and maintain production targets, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
Ensure quality control measures are in place and followed by the production team.
Implement and enforce safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Provide training and guidance to the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to optimize the production process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
